Carlyle Sells Talaris For $1bn |

In February, the Carlyle Group announced that it would sell Talaris Topco Ltd, a maker of cash handling and automated teller machine equipment, to Glory Ltd for £650m ($1bn). The deal marks one of Carlyle’s most successful exits in years as the buyout firm sold Talaris at twice the value of its original investment and stands to make an 81 percent return on exit of the business.
